What's the difference between Permanent and Dynamic? ▼
A Permanent QR code never expires and works forever, but the destination URL is locked at creation. Dynamic QR codes let you change where the QR code points to anytime — perfect for marketing campaigns, menus, or anything that needs updating. You can always upgrade a Permanent QR to Dynamic later.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▼
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or from Permanent to any Dynamic plan at any time. When you upgrade, your old subscription is cancelled and the new one starts immediately. Downgrading works the same way — no double billing, ever.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? ▼
Your QR code stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, scans will redirect to an expiry page. You can reactivate anytime to resume service. Your scan data is preserved.
Do I get 5 QR codes on the Pro plan? ▼
Yes! The Dynamic Pro plan includes 5 dynamic QR codes. After subscribing, you'll see a counter on your dashboard showing how many additional QR codes you can generate. All 5 get the full Pro features.
What happens if I hit my scan or URL change limits? ▼
On the Starter plan, if you reach 10,000 scans in a month, additional scans will still redirect — they just won't be tracked in analytics. URL and style change limits reset on your billing date each month. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited everything.
Is there a free trial? ▼
Yes! Every new QR code comes with a 3-day free trial so you can test the full dynamic experience before committing. During the trial, you get full Dynamic Pro features.
