  1. Introduction
    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlowQR website and services (“Service”) operated by FlowQR (“we”, “us”, “our”).
    By accessing or using FlowQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowQR.
    By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  1. Description of Service
    FlowQR provides QR code–related services, which may include (but are not limited to):
  • QR code generation
  • QR code redirection
  • QR code management tools
  • Analytics or tracking features
  • Other related digital services
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  1. Account Responsibility
    If you create an account with FlowQR:
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
    We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access.
  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to use FlowQR for:
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
  • Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
  • Harassment, abuse, or hate content
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Misleading QR destinations
  • Any activity that could harm users, third parties, or our infrastructure
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
  1. QR Code Content & Responsibility
    You are solely responsible for:
  • The destination URLs linked to your QR codes
  • The content users are directed to
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    FlowQR does not review, monitor, or endorse QR destinations and is not liable for third-party content accessed via QR codes.
  1. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
    If paid plans or subscriptions are offered:
  • Prices are displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • We do not store payment card details
    Subscriptions (if applicable):
  • Renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Can be cancelled before the next billing period
  • No refunds for unused time unless required by law
    We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
  1. Refunds
    Refunds are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law.
    We do not offer refunds for:
  • Change of mind
  • Unused services
  • User error or misuse
  1. Service Availability & No Guarantee
    We strive to keep FlowQR available but:
  • Do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Are not responsible for outages, downtime, or data loss
  • Are not liable for failures caused by third-party providers
    Use of FlowQR is at your own risk.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • FlowQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to FlowQR in the previous 12 months (or $0 if free)
    Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  1. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowQR, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your QR code content or destinations
  • Your breach of these Terms
  1. Intellectual Property
    All FlowQR branding, software, designs, and content are owned by FlowQR or licensed to us.
    You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
  1. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access:
  • For breach of these Terms
  • For illegal or harmful activity
  • At our discretion, with or without notice
    You may stop using the Service at any time.
  1. Privacy
    Your use of FlowQR is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  1. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time.
    Continued use of FlowQR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
    Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
